Your mistake was going with mtn in the first place. i was with mtn about 8 years ago for the legendary Nokia N8, afterwhich i switched to Voda. recently to get some secondary data i got an mtn sim card for afrihost data. worst thing i could have done mtn is trash, at that time ( i don't know if its changed since) you could not speak to a consultant from the call center if you're on prepaid, only contract customers get that privilege.
