I got an sms yesterday from them: "+278393002660005: Go green & receive your MTN monthly bill statements via email. Reply YES with your email...opt out of MTN messages SMS STOP to 30246"
Maybe you just have to wait for them to sms you? Or maybe try sms-ing that number?

I get my bill via both email and snail mail. I'm not too sure, but I think you have to ask for it. Phone the MTN Call Center (good luck) or visit your local MTN store (haha, good luck again). Alternatively, register an account on the MTN.co.za website, you could possibly set it up from there.

I have the ability to activate E-Billing on our system (Vodacom). Vodashops can do it also. It should be the same with MTN.
