So last month i get a bill for R1075 of which R722 is for data. (no data bundle) I nearly drop dead as I BARELY use my phone to browse the web and definitely NOT to download any large files or hook it up to my laptop!
Needless to say a phone call is made because clearly there is a problem here....well I'm still trying to resolve the issue.
This month's bill arrives and I owe them R50 in total for the month of which R0.06 is for data and R1.75 is for phone calls (I have the itemized billing and CLEARLY have called more than that!!)....I'm like WTF!!!!!! I make another call and as typical of MTN they will refer it to their billing dept who don't take calls....BUT, someone will call me back....well, need I say more?
Who knows what to believe with this crowd anymore! It's been a struggle after struggle after struggle to resolve issues with them. First just a simple migration (took 3 visits to 3 separate branches, numerous emails and phone calls over a period of 4 months) and now their billing is up the creek! What an unprofessional and incompetent company!!!!
I'm so glad my contract has ended with them and is on month to month...been with them for over 10 years but this is enough now!!
