MTN Billing Beware

So

After trying unsuccessfully on *162*PIN# to obtain my bundle info for the last 2 weeks i eventually give up and decide to call 16202.

Imagine my surprise when on the 13th September i get told than on the 27th August i have 'X' Amount Free Sms 'X' Amount of Sms in Bundle and 'X' Amounts worth of Phone Calls remaining.

So rather cheesed off i call 808 to see if i can get the latest info, Low and behold i get told their billing systems have been down for the last 2 weeks which is why the system is out of date.

So how exactly will they be billing me come end of the month ?

I'd keep a very close eye on my Itemised billing if i were an MTN Subscriber.
