MTN Billing complaints

Hey guys

I need some advice on getting billing issues with MTN resolved. I seached the forum and there seems to be several complaints without any clear resolution.

Long story short, I upgraded my contract and they only allocated my data, call and sms bundles 3 days into the second month. I was basically charged premium rates for everything for an entire month.

I have put in 4 complaints on HelloPeter.com already, without success.

I thought about filing a complaint with ASA as I didnt get what was advertised and what I paid for. Your thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
