I have a data contract (with Sony tablet) with MTN which started about 2 months ago.
It should be R199 per month for 500mb. Something like R49 for 500MB and the rest for the tablet.
I hardly used my allocated 500MB the last month but they emailed me a "statement" for R357 to pay.
When I replied and asked for a breakdown of the amount they just replied and told me they need me to opt in for itemized billing first which will cost me R21 before they can give me a breakdown.
WTF!??!!?!?!?!?!?!
Since when is a customer not entitled to an invoice that clearly shows what he is being charged for? I dont want a blooming statement that shows no details!.
I tried the MTN active website (which seems to be inactive most of the time!!) but this only shows a ""bill" for the previous payment.
