Earlier this year there was an announcement from MTN that they had upgraded their billing system and that there would be improvements in billing.
I have been overcharged since taking out a contract in September, this is the latest response to my latest query:
"A billing query has been logged with our bill department for you, your ref# #######, as soon as they pick up your query they will get back to you and advise, please note that due to the back log with billing queries the turn around time for billing queries is +- 30 days,"
It took them a week to send that response!!
Any Company that has a 30 day (working days?) turnaround for account queries is in serious trouble.
