MTN billing screw up, again!!!

Second time in a month. Today I lost data connection and can not send sms. Though it's my phone, but just now called 808 and my outstanding balance is R4xx. That's BS. I am on an anytime contract and I have a lot of airtime value in my account. MTN please fix your fuxking system.

Got through to MTN, and because I recently upgraded my phone (extra payin per month on the same contract), I reached my credit limit on my account. How stupid the system is.....

Yes the dumb fuskers have done it again. Ducked up our bill by 5k. Arseholes.
 
Seems to have billing issues. My airtime bundle still shows zero and did not load for the month.........
 
I got R281 back from this screw up. :) On Nashuamobile's site they say that MTN had some billing problems and they are working on fixing it.
