MTN billing screw up, again!!!

Second time in a month. Today I lost data connection and can not send sms. Though it's my phone, but just now called 808 and my outstanding balance is R4xx. That's BS. I am on an anytime contract and I have a lot of airtime value in my account. MTN please fix your fuxking system.

Got through to MTN, and because I recently upgraded my phone (extra payin per month on the same contract), I reached my credit limit on my account. How stupid the system is.....

I got R281 back from this screw up. On Nashuamobile's site they say that MTN had some billing problems and they are working on fixing it.
