MTN billing

Hey guys have any of you noticed a massive jump in your spend?

For the last 2 months my bill has increased by R1500-00, cannot seem to figure out how this is possible?
I am going through the bill but cannot get to the bottom of this.

sorry, I couldnt help myself.....
Im a MTN subscriber as well & have been fighting with them for showing 'ammount overdue' on each months statements.
essentially double billing, but only taking half of my account, then the balance shows as overdue.

I wish that we can walk into the MTN CEO's office, slam the statement down on his/her table grab him by his neck & say : SORT IT, NOW !
 
Well for 18 months my bill was about R1500-00 now it has shot up to over R2800-00.
I asked them to escalate this although I doubt much will come of it.
I smell a rat.
 
Last year, MTN stopped giving me my free minutes/bundle and charged me for every call and every sms even though I was supposed to have R500 Anytime and 50 sms's. It took 60 days of calling every day to get the problem sorted out.

My advice, move to TOPUP. Since I've been on Anytime 500 TOPUP, I haven't had a single problem *touch wood*
