MTN BIS activation

You can phone 1555 to check if it's done and if not they can help you. They'll help you with all bb related settings such as setting up your e-mail account, etc.
 
Storm not on mtn, and I think bold is better.

If you took your bold on a anytime contract like me, BIS is automatically included.

I had a problem though, the mtn people said my BIS was activated but the people at 1555 said it was not.

I then went to my mtn shop and they deactivated it and activated my BIS again. Then after a day it was activated
 
When I picked up my Bold I asked about BIS activation so the sales consultant made a quick phone call and my BIS was working within a few hours. If I didn't request it then it would not have been activated.
 
Go to your shop - it seems that 1555 and 808 don't speak to each other
 
Where did you buy yours.

My shop cancelled everything, and then did everything over
 
What do you mean another week? I was activated within a few hours with vodacom.
 
Ja, even on mtn it only takes a few hours, my friend activated it yesterday by phoning 1555 and 808 and today it works.

1555 for technical assistance
