MTN BIS plans

Hi

Please help.

My girlfriend purchased the R14.95 BIS plan which includes BBM and 1 web email and 10MB cap
She has exceed her 10MB cap and says she is getting charged for every message she sends on BBM
Is this correct?

Is this how the plan works?
