MTN BIS slow

For the past 3 days, I've been getting download speeds of about 20KB/s - 28KB/s when previously, the speeds were normal. Could this be area specific? Or are others experiencing the same slow speeds? I live in the Durban CBD

i think that MTN BIS is going the way of Vodacom. Im gettingh timeouts and slow speeds for the last few weeks as well.

Ok my speeds are back to normal today. Dafuq happened anyways?!
