Has anyone else been having issues the last couple of days?
It keeps switching from 3G Blackberry to normal 3G...
I have to keep dropping it down to 2G to get the connectivity back

No problems like that here. Except for very slow speeds.

I'm in Centurion at the moment... it's just happened again. Guess I'll just have to leave it on 2G :-s

All fine in Cape Town but I do experience this same problem sometimes.

I had this problem for a few hours last week. Maybe do a battery pull or resend service books.

I have an HPSPA modem, it has dropped to edge (2G) the last few days. 3G came back last night, but it back on 2G again tonight.
I phoned data support. They are apparently doing heavy maintenance work and it should be finished by Friday. Normally I don't have problems.

How much do you guys pay for your MTN BIS?

I see the website says R69p/m but this morning when i was called by MTN SP i was told R99p/m as pricing had "just gone up"
