I am staying in Port Elizabeth and in this sleepy hollow we are normally way behind. However, for the last 3 days I get download speeds in excess of 10 Mb/sec. Now I have the problem that, at this speed, my bandwidth is being devoured. 600 Mb in one day with normal surfing and one or two Youtube clips. Is there any chance that MTN will or can offer an extra 1,2 or 3 Gb upgrade to an existing 2Gb contract?

yes if you are willing to pay more money, wait do you mean 10mb/s as in 10 mega bytes per second being downloaded to your PC?

No, most likely 10 megabits per second, as the OP wrote.

Speedtest.net 11.13 & 13.32 Mb/sec and Broadband speedtest 9.49 Mb/s. I hope MTN can realise that better deals will get more business.

Oh he means 10mbps not 10mb/s. Thats 1Mb/s download speed right?

Yoh that can chow your cap, MTN has increased their throttling, 256kbps for the lite package and 384kbps for the Pro package, sounds so much of a better deal if you ask me.
