Does anybody know what the broadcast sms 910 is?
like 40 is weather
50 seesm to be current location(tower)

910 = 3172A: 60-6X-18.0-KA:60:-3:28:CUSTOM4

???

WHAT THE HELL DOES THAT MEAN

The 3172 is MTN's reference number for the base station (similar to the current location).
The A is the sector that you are receiving signal from. A site generally has 1,2 or 3 sectors.
The rest I don't know.
