Down again, can't access it locally (although it seems to work on my phone). Time to switch away from Hetzner until they get rid of MTN Business - any suggestions?

We have the TruServ commerce package from Hetzner: http://www.hetzner.co.za/index.php/dedicated-hosting/index/dedicated-servers/truserv-commerce/

Price is less important than good local connectivity (which rules MWEB out, due to the peering issues with Telkom), and reliability.

UPDATE: looks like it just came back on - my question about switching hosts still stands. Suggestions?

I had always been a big evangelist for Hetzner, but this year has been disastrous. Also need a recommendation - don't want to go with IS or any data centre that uses them as their support has always been a mess. We have several Truserv's.

failure (Multiservice Interface Module) on one of our core routers in
Gallo Manor.

this point are affected. Cause at present is unknown, MTN engineers are

I know - the downtime we've experienced on mission-critical services as a result of MTN Business/Hetzner failing to keep any sort of rationally stable connectivity is ridiculous.
