Hi Guys ,

Does anyone know why the MTN Business support line is so incompetent.
We renewed a data line contract with MTN through the company I work for.
The process started almost a month ago and still to date there has been no connectivity.

I have received the router and Sim card and called the call centre and nobody competent works there.

Anyone knows of at least one sharp guy at MTN that we can contact and will get some answers and a resolution ?
 
OK Solution found.

1. Sim Card had to go through SIM SWOP for LTE ( Just and excuse to screw the customer for R150 and issue new sim )
2. Sim had to be enabled by Data Services and Provisioned for the Package.
3. Router Does not work with normal APN , Business APN needed.

Dial Up
Profile Management

a) Profile Name = MTN - 4G
b) Username = ( Leave Blank donot enter anything )
c) Password = ( Leave Blank donot enter anything )
d) Authentication = Normal
e) APN = businessbb.lte
