Does anyone know why the MTN Business support line is so incompetent.
We renewed a data line contract with MTN through the company I work for.
The process started almost a month ago and still to date there has been no connectivity.
I have received the router and Sim card and called the call centre and nobody competent works there.
Anyone knows of at least one sharp guy at MTN that we can contact and will get some answers and a resolution ?
