MTN Call Center

Has anyone tried to get through to a human on the MTN 808 or 083 1 808 customer care numbers for the past few days and today sofar? It would seem impossible. I tried with no luck. Then went to the local suburban MNT shop to find the same story there?

Whats going on?

Yeh - I've got through five times now - and going on my six in a couple of minutes, the liars over at mtn have promised me my bill give times, and even promised a supervisor will call me - still waiting since Friday.

If you're considering signing with them, I suggest you stay far far away.

BTW: If you call from a land line it takes a lot longer to get through.
