MTN call failed.

After using and removing Call Forwarding on my MTN number I cannot get any incoming calls on my number but everything else is functioning?

I have tried to set up call forwarding again, removed all diverts and remove all call barring.

Non of these worked?

Consultants are clueless as to what it can be.

Did it happen out of the blue or after changing some setting like call forwarding?

Just out the blue, called MTN they said they will reset my number and i must turn the phone off for 5 min, nothing was fixed after

Phoned them at least 4 times already!

Tried all kinds of USSD codes turning my phone off and still the same today. Cannot receive any calls.

Do you have an E-Sim or normal?

Normal sim, they told me they had a lot of calls like mine and they are working on it, already been 24 hours so i dont know whats up with them
