Hi. I'm trying to retrieve my call history from April 2017 from MTN but they archive call logs that is older than 6 months. Their system apparently do not allow them to retrieve this information since it is stored offsite. I dont have itemized billing on my mtn contract and apparently this makes it also harder to retrieve this info. Any help on how to get this info,please?
