MTN call routing issues

Hi All

I was wondering if someone technically and high up in networks can help me !

I have complained and complained about having a contract phone with MTN and I cannot get this technical issue resolved, I have done sim swaps, Logged a ticket with Networks and no one in MTN seems competent enough to fix my MTN number issues. I have minutes I cannot use because I cannot get a call out.

The issue related to call ROUTING and CALL Quality, I have good signal strength, and Lte signal most of the time, I can make a great whatsapp call and speed on the LTe side are great.

The issue is relate to the voice call. I cannot make a voice call, I cannot even call 10111 from the sim. When i call landline numbers it takes about 2 minutes before the routed call connects, sometimes the call doesn't even route, I cannot call toll 0800 numbers and nor can I call special numbers like 10111. It seems I can only call other MTN numbers and nothing else. when I do get a call out the quality is so bad, that the person keeps telling me the line is poor and they cannot hear me.

We have reset the handset, swopped sims, checked tower signals.... The issue is a call routing issue on the MTN server side and not a SIGNAL issue. Does anyone know how I can get resolved and if not who can I contact ?

any help will be appreciated as I am so frustrated.
