MTN calls take long to connect

Hi guys

Does anyone else on MTN experience a long delay when calling someone, before it rings on the other side. Sometimes it won't even connect and you need to dial again.

This has been an MTN issue for a few years now and just isn't going away.

Does anyone else on MTN experience a long delay when calling someone, before it rings on the other side. Sometimes it won't even connect and you need to dial again.

This has been an MTN issue for a few years now and just isn't going away.

Call MTN on 135, press 0 to speak to an agent and ask them to reset your HLR, turn your phone off for 5 min then back on. See if that helps.
