MTN - Cancel Pre Paid BIS

Does anyone know how to cancel BIS. Moved to OS10 so no need for Bis anymore at R59 pm.

I wish I could tell as I'm also MTN Prepaid. I think best is to go into an MTN store and ask a Consultant.
Try calling 173 from your phone....

5.14. Cancellation rules:

5.14.1. PayAsYouGo customers can cancel a recurring BlackBerry Tiered Service Plan from the self- service channel;

5.14.2. TopUp and Contract customers will be able to cancel any recurring BlackBerry Tiered Service Plan by contacting their respective Service Provider;

The other way is to make sure that you don't have airtime on your phone when the charge recurs.
