I will see if i can install the app? i dont know, my phone is still a Huawei P10 Lite

Doing this from abroad also so its a headache. I am just wanting to knw what to do "when" i want to cancel.

Lol MTN is supposed to be jacked up, so its not easy u say ?

MTN cancellation is a bitch.

Be prepared for many, many phonecalls, and about 5-6 hours, they hand you over to their "retentions" dept and then back to the original operator, 80% of the time you get cut off, then it all starts from scratch again, listening to pretty music, recorded bitching about all the call volumes (always the case) and trying to make you feel guilty about calling today, and then retentions trying to fix your stuff that they should have fixed 6 months ago.

Be firm, and be resolute.

Anyone who has made it through the whole MTN cancellation process deserves a T-shirt.

Those outsourced agents are the worst. I've had to follow the MTN complaints process.

When my cancellation process is successful I'll PM you my address and shirt size.

I went to the branch, cancelled in about 10mins and walked out.

A follow-up here for those struggling, if all else fails when trying to cancel try this process.

TLDC is that I did try to follow the cancellation process, I couldn't get through to them because of call avoidance on their side (the outsourced party) and then used this complaints process.
