I am on the same plan but I was on month to month and they were charging me the wrong price (I was paying like R180 instead of R159)
Some lady from MTN nicely phones me, tells me im paying the wrong price and they want to put me on the correct price, she explicitly told me everything would remain the same and I would just pay a lower price
That was a lie and she instead moved me to a 3 year contract
2 trips to a MTN store and they couldnt help me
Countless calls to the sales department number they gave me never went through
On top of all that, my credit score now tells me my MTN account is in arrears even though my debit order goes off monthly without any hassle
I would lke to cancel an expired cell phone contract which i am now paying for month to month. Anybody know how to do this, the MTN WHatsapp Chat does not have this option for cancelling a contract or an expired contract.
I am abroad so i dont think i can use the MTN app to do this.
