MTN Cancellation

Hi Guys,

So I've been trying to get through to MTN to cancel my contract in wake of them upping the prices. The contract expired in Feb so I want to move over to prepaid. Every single time I phone them it just drops my call after about 3 mins. Is there an MTN rep on here I can contact? or anyone else have a different number than the 808?

I tried for over a month, each time they only answer after 15 minutes. Literally every single time. When they answer they say that they cannot transfer you to a supervisor and that they will escalte the query to the cancellation department.

After trying for a month and getting over 6 reference numbers which mean nothing, I emailed [email protected] and the contract was converted to prepaid the same day.
