MTN - Change Banking DEtails for MTN Contract

Anyone know how to do this,

Wen to a store they told me to call 808

Calling 808 wait 10 min then it disconnects you.., dones it 3 times

I have to do this when I get a new credit card, as in the card itself - most recently a couple of months ago. It's easy to change yourself via MTN Active. Once you have logged in, go to My account-> Billing information -> Payment details -> Modify. I also got fed up with the 808 thing so signed up for MTN Active a few years ago and haven't looked back.
