MTN.co.za shows maintenance message

If you go to just mtn.co.za you're presented with a maintenance message:

"The MTN web site and MTNLoaded are unavailable for a short time due to routine maintenance.
Please come back later."

It's been like this for days (at least), and I thought they were down all this time until I tried www.mtn.co.za. MTN you need to sort that shizzle out.

Also, dialing 808 ain't working from my phone - I have to dial 083 1 808 to get through to the call center. 'sup with that?

Welcome to EMPTY N support.....- yep you can not http://mtn.co.za...or you get the dreaded yellow page.....you have www. prefix.....as for mtnsp.co.za - you login and you get presented with someone else's account info, when trying to amend details page times out........and 808- Useless....either have no product knowledge, or no common sense... and when logging a service request - turn around time is ....drum roll....26 days!!! 26 days....
