Is it possible to cancel a contract if its only 10 days old ?, reason i ask is i got a android device, and im not liking it too much

I think you were able to change the phone to a different phone if you were not happy within 7 days.

Maybe somebody else can comment on you rights taking into account the CPA

I am actually also curious about their policy on this at the moment.

From what I remember is that your contract overall has a cooldown of about 7 days, which allows you to cancel the contract if you are not happy - obviously returning the device.

If it is just the device you are unhappy with it could be a little bit longer. I will check if I don't have a new-ish contract lying around, I assume it would be in there somewhere.

Meh, the contracts I have are useless - no mention of any kind of cooldown.

They do say that you can cancel whenever you want, but would be liable to settle the contract plus a possible fee for the device as well (at their discretion, based on model and age etc.)

Any idea who to contact at MTN to get a copy of one's contract?
Also, any idea who to contact at MTN to cancel in writing (I really, really don't want to call 808 to find this out)
