MTN Contract Issues

MTN contract just been upgraded yesterday. Got the mate7 on choice 100 @ R429 / month. I was told that one can set a usage / credit limit that is added onto the contract. So set it @ R250. I was under the impression that this is R250 above the R429 / month contract. Today can only receive calls. When going off wifi, no data, try make a call, number suspended. Dam you MTN. Even USSD codes to try increase the limit will not work.
 
I set my other contract to 250 limit and it is still working fine. I would no be surprised if the billing dept stuffed up again. Have had endless hassles of overcharging for data, meantime phone is connected via wifi.
 
Sorted it myself.

Found that MTN had put call barring on out going calls on the contract. Used the mtn active site to remove it myself. Just strange that it still does not show the pro rata sms and data bundle.
