MTN - CONTRACT OVER

Hi guys,

i need your help. my contract with MTN has expired and they have taken my number of the network. i would still like to use this number on a prepaid basis. what can i and should i do? i was thinking of possibly porting my number to another network but MTN need to re-activate number first. MTN are refusing to help. what can i do?

Terms & conditions!!!MTN will never allow u to port a contract number to pr paid ...& if ur number has been deactivated u can't port it to another provider...my advice...if u realy still need ur number get an MTN ANYTIME top up contract on a R50 monthly subscription,

Before the days of porting, I switched from prepaid to contract and back to prepaid and back to contract again.
So, if they really wanted too, they can do it. Also had Nashua mobile trying to 'retain' my number, fought them on that and managed to move from their contract to prepaid.
