MTN contract problems-MTN contact details

I'm hoping someone can assist with a supervisor/manager/ceo contact details or email address.

Since April we renewed our sim only contracts. Since then we were overcharged which has never been refunded. Recently someone at MTN somehow changed the minutes/data on my contract by themselves (how the hell do they even do this).

The customer care "people" put the phone down, say they'll phone or email etc etc but obviously No One ever gets back. Not once.

In any case if someone had details so that I can escalate this properly I would greatly appreciate it.

Bump :( There has to be some avenue where one can repeatedly get hold of someone. On the phone with cancelations now.... Waited 30min before someone answered and the consultant immediately put the phone down when I asked who I was talking to..? WTF? This is their go to response when they feel cornered.
