MTN coverage - LTE or not?

You could always email the coverage helpdesk. They are generally quite helpful. coverage"@"mtn.co.za

Supply them with address and coordinates and they should tell you exactly what is what.

Not all areas are available for Fixed LTE as some areas are oversubscribed due to lack of sites, remember there's no cell breathing on LTE so the network wouldn't contract in such instances any more. You might have great signal, however your tower/s are pushing at 94% capacity? Not gonna work.
