Does anybody have a secret recipe how to get the guys at the MTN shop in Cresta going? Firstly their MTN number that they mention on their website doesn't work. The landline also doesn't get answered most of the time. And if you talk to somebody they keep promising that they will call you back and never do so. I finally got my upgrade after I spent a hole afternoon at the shop. Still, the guy couldn't give me an invoice for the cell phone cover and promised me to email me one. After five days and two reminder calls to the shop I still haven't got the invoice... They just rob you off your time.

Otherwise buy one of the employees there like a can of coke. I usually do this at gov departments to make them a little more helpful

Is it an MTN owned store, or a franchise? If the former, call MTN, if the latter find out who owns it and prod buttock.
