MTN Data bundle troubles

Hi all,

I would like to ask some advice from you guys, if any of you had this problem before I would appreciate it if you could let me know how to get it fixed.

It seems like MTN is still charging me R2/MB even though I have a 1GB bundle. Last month I got an invoice for R2500 !! I called 808 and a bunch of other number, and two days later I finally manage to get someone to speak to me. They said I was invoiced incorrectly, but this month the problem is back. They charge me for the bundle and then R2/MB as well!!

Please, I am desperate for any advice.

The same thing happened to a colleague of mine, he's with Autopage. They reversed the charges, after about 6 weeks.
 
Oops, not good. They said they will reverse the charges, but I want them to stop charging me for the data calls. Otherwise they will have to refund me every month. :confused:
