I am subscribed to a 2GB Top Up package which reloads on the 22nd of every month. Today a mere 5 days later my balnce reflects as zero. I hardly connected to the network with the router switched off (and off course password protected). How is this possible? Windows did not run update, and the only browsing did was to Gmail and downloading an Itunes update that was supposedly 60 odd MB. What to do?
