MTN Data Usage not clocking up!

I know that this was a problem some time ago but I wondered if its still an issue?

I've just started a 2GB per-month contract and my first "part month" data decreased normally but now I've entered into a new month of a full 2GB it's simply not decreasing at the same rate that I'm downloading! I was on 1.95GB and downloaded a file just over 68MB, I check my data balance and it's now 1.93GB.

Have MTN developed the ultimate in data compression :) or is their billing system back to its useless norm?
 
You sure its not just a time delay? I dont check mine often but when I did it usually wasnt 100% real time.
