MTN Debit order?

New contract was signed on the 31st of last month. Asked the consultant when the debit order would take place and he looked a little confused but just said the 1st of April.
No debit order has gone off yet but everything is active and loaded on the Sim would just be nice to get told because for example "you were too late for the 1st debit order run your first one will be in the middle of April etc"

Do they do mid-month debit orders or will they just double debit on the 1st of May?

Probably double debit unless you call and then do an eft.

You need to remember that debit order runs are sent to the bank roughly a week before the actual debit happens. With you signing the day before the run date you effectively missed the cut off date for the debit order run...
