MTN Delivery Problems

I had the misfortune of upgrading my contract with MTN on the 31st of last month and to date the handset has not left the warehouse in GP.
I would have understood if I got replies to my numerous e-mails, phone calls and Facebook messages.
I am instead ignored completely.
Yesterday I found out i was not alone. Hello Peter is crawling with similar complaints since MTN has changed courier companies.
I feel all our complaints are being covered up by MTN as they are continuing under the guise that all is ok.
There seems to be a bigger problem than what meets the eye.

Same problem here, business contract approved weeks ago and cellphone still not delivered, just blaming it on the new courier and don't seem to care at all. I have thus told them to shove the phone where the sun don't shine and I'll order from Vodacom.

RTT usually delivered in two days, god knows why they would mess with something that worked in the first place...

Apparently my package might arrive in Ladysmith today.
I live an hour away in the berg. So after close on three weeks I might have some joy!

Cancel that, back to smoke and mirrors.
MTN says it is with the couriers, couriers say it is still at MTN warehouse in GP.

Fun Fact, a bicycle race Joburg2c takes 9 days to get cyclists from Heidelberg to Scottburgh on the South Coast. 95% of which is offroad.

It has taken MTN 18 days and they haven't even got an item out of their warehouse.

Either bicycles are the way of the future or MTN has one MASSIVE warehouse......................
