i have a laptop contract with mtn direct. i need an evaulation certificate for the insurance.
i call mtn's insurance department. they said they cant help. i must call their supplier First Technology's. They say i must call Apple. Apple points me back to mtn. mtn says contact the stores. Franchise and mtn owned stores cant help as they don't stock the apple laptop. call mtn's insurance again, they waiting on a price list list. They call the next day. sorry we cant help, call the supplier. and so the loop continues.
