Seeing this post jogged me to post my own experience of MTN directory enquiries:

I have to say that MTN directory enquiries is THE most efficient call center I have ever used anywhere...
Very quick, very courteous - just a pity not all MTN services are that efficent (808 anyone?).

Seriously, MTN directory enquiries is really awesome.

I agree 100%. I've only used MTN directory enquiries a few times, but those times that I have used the service, I was impressed. In fact, I am generally very impressed by MTN. Their GPRS service, for example, is by far the most reliable in the country.
