MTN does not respond

Why is MTN not responding to customer complaints?Why do we keep on posting complains here if no one from MTN bothers to respond or resolve...just checked hellopeter there are lots of complains agaist MTN posted on the 4th(ystday)now is 10pm,not a single respond,on the other hand all complains agaist Vodacom has responses...& MTN has more complains than Vodacom...something is very wrong at MTN, and my contract is only 6months old...

Get used to it - you have 18 months of uselessness ahead of you.

MTN are the pits when it comes to services - I can confidently say they have NO customer service, I discovered this on day one of signing my contract.

Fortunately - I have just under two months till I'm moving to Vodacom.
 
Their billing is in a total chaos. They do not respond as the know it and don't know how to fix it.
