Why is MTN not responding to customer complaints?Why do we keep on posting complains here if no one from MTN bothers to respond or resolve...just checked hellopeter there are lots of complains agaist MTN posted on the 4th(ystday)now is 10pm,not a single respond,on the other hand all complains agaist Vodacom has responses...& MTN has more complains than Vodacom...something is very wrong at MTN, and my contract is only 6months old...
