I recently got a 3G iPad and wanted a MTN micro sim linked to my MTN contract.
I received a microsim from the MTN store in Canal Walk last Thursday (02/06/2011), and they activated dual call on my contract. The problem is, the new sim card has still not been activated, after they told me it would take 2-24 hours. I've made 4 calls to customer care, and been into the store twice, yet no one seems to be able to activate the sim. They say they'll escalate the problem, but I hear nothing further.
I am so frustrated!! Has any one had any similar issues?
