MTN email not working

Can't read my mail as it keeps saying "Login Failed" My pc remembers my password and I always only click "Login". Even when I enter my ID and PW manualy, it still says "Login Failed"
 
I have GMAIL. But I have to have SMS alerts on my cell as my income on the JSE depends on it and GMAIL does not have this.
 
You could always just setup your phone to check your e-mails regularly. I have Symbian S60v3 based phone - it can check every half hour with standard client. There probably will be a 3rd party ine available, where you can specify every 5min or whatever. The data costs incurred by just logging in and checking mail is minimal.

[Off topic: Are you able to send email@sms messages using your email address. I only do it successfully through the MTN site's link "Send a SMS". If I try using email I always get the reply "We don't know your email address...." My details are correctly registered. I even activated my MTN email to try - no luck ]
 
My phone does not have email.
Had new password sent to my cell but it still does not work.
I'm at my wits end. I have very important messages and contacts that I MUST retrieve.
 
Well the MTN loaded email once had 512mb of storage before they "upgraded"! It was more like a downgrade! Ohh and trust mtnloaded's email has alot of problem regarding the login! They do fix it chop chop but ya!
