MTN Enhanced Voicemail

Hi,

Just switched over to MTN Enhanced Voicemail, since I wanted to try out a feature that MTN advertises with Enhanced Voicemail, namely the personal operator. From the MTN website:

Your ‘Personal Operator’ – instead of leaving a VoiceMail message, give your callers the option to be redirected to another number of your choice: an administrative assistant, a switchboard operator, or anyone else…

For the life of me I can't see how to set this up in the 100 voicemail options. Have even looked in iMail and nothing.

Called my service provider, and the MTN helpdesk, and still no joy.

Anyone know if this feature even exists, and if so, how to set it up?

1. You need to be on MTN Anytime 350 and above....
2. If not on the above, the subscription is R30 per month (eek eek)

I'm on MTN Active 200 and I'm not willing to fork out that 30 bucks per month

I already have the service activated as I am on MTN Anytime 750 and also an MTN Yellow Genie customer.

The problem I am having is accessing one feature of Enhanced Voicemail, namely the Personal Operator feature.

Any suggestions?
