MTN Ermahgerd complaint dismissed

The ASA has dismissed a complaint against MTN’s Ermahgerd ad.

MTN disputed the argument that the ad is offensive, explaining that it leverages a trending phenomenon of “Ermahgerd Girl”.

Nope it's from early 2012 and hasn't really been posted for a good while. I saw the ad at the cinema last night and was like wtf? Are they saying their network is archaic

I saw the ermahgerd bill board in PTA (it's been up for months). Everytime I see it, it think why use this OLD meme?
