Hi all. I seem to be having trouble accessing the USSD to get a new Pin for eWallet.
I've tried the USSD on 2 other devices on Voda and CellC both appear to work fine. However on MTN I get an error " Service not Running try again later.
Could this be due to my number being ported? Or just an MTN issue?
Has anyone had this issue before? Any idea how to resolve it?
Any help with this will be appreciated
