MTN Fraud Case Time frame

Does anybody here know the time frame for a fraud case on a MTN Contract Account.
Mine was frauded on the 18th March and my feedback every week is "It is still pending and they are still looking into it".

I got frauded thanks to my mom giving an OTP (which I have told her a million times to never do) and them logging into the MTN phone app (they seriously need to add passwords like cell C to the app to prevent this) and buying R6000 in airtime between my two contacts and sharing it to some number, they also bought data, all together totalling nearly R14 000, but I logged in and stopped the data from being shared.

Due to this my two contract numbers were disabled and I have had no phone or data since.

MTN still expects me to pay my contract even though I can't even use it, which I also think is unfair if my numbers were disabled and I cannot use my phone and data that I pay for.

I also feel like MTN has one of the worst customer service in the country.
