I had a LTE contract with MTN.
In January 2020 the speed dropped to unusable levels. I had a lot of correspondence with MTN and eventually they cancelled the contract. I reversed the debits orders during the period that LTE was not available.
MTN saw fit to try to reclaim the reversed debit orders by engaging with debt collectors so attempting to perpetuate their fraud!
I have since sent MTN and the debt collectors all of the correspondence yet MTN is still trying to perpetuate their fraud!
I have repeatedly demanded that an executive call me regarding the matter but to date nobody has called!
Today I sent a letter of demand for R300000.00 to MTN for the hundred plus hours that I have spent on this matter.

Perhaps they charge the same amount for 3G as for LTE?

Anyway, have a heart - give them a little discount on the invoice you gave them. At least then they'll see that you can be reasoned with, and perhaps that will ensure a quicker payment approval from their side?

Perhaps they called the data sim number instead, by mistake?
