Mtn FTTH inconsistent latency and slow speeds tonight

Hi is anyone else experiencing slow download speeds and high latency on Mtn FTTH tonight? My ping is between 17ms and 95 ms and my download speeds aren't going over 6 Mbps .

It's really strange. I see there is new fibre digging happening here in my street in Johannesburg so maybe the new digging is affecting my fibre .
